A 101 square meter, four-home, to start with floor apartment on Mordechai Alkakhi Street in Armon Hanatziv was marketed for NIS 2.69 million. A 38 sq. meter, 2.5-room, ground ground condominium on Dov Grunner Road in Armon Hanatziv was bought for NIS 1.44 million (RE/MAX – Hazon).

Tel Aviv and central location

Rehovot: A 84 square meter, 3.5-area, fourth flooring condominium with a 7 sq. meter sun balcony, elevator but no parking on Neve Alon Street was bought for NIS 1.85 million. A 67 square meter, three-place, 3rd floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Batya Makov Street was sold for NIS 1.42 million. A 123 square meter, five-place, fifth floor apartment with a 12 square meter solar balcony, storage area, elevator and parking on Prof. Daniel Kahneman Street was bought for NIS 3.1 million. A 85 sq. meter, 4-space, eighth floor condominium with an elevator and parking on Herzl Road was offered for NIS 1.48 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Yavne: A 285 sq. meter, eight-area house on a 652 square meter whole lot on Pa’amonit Avenue in the Neve Ilan neighborhood was marketed for NIS 6.1 million.

Haifa and the north
Haifa: A 38 square meter, two-home, next floor condominium with no elevator and no parking on Gedalyahu Avenue in Neve Sha’anana was sold for NIS 850,000 (Re/MAX – Town). A 42 square meter, a few-room, fourth floor apartment on Ha’aliya Ha’shnia Street was sold for NIS 1.18 million. A 76 sq. meter, four-place, fourth floor apartment on Allenby Avenue in the Kiryat Eliezer neighborhood was marketed for NIS 870,000. A 48 sq. meter, three-home, initially flooring condominium on Max Bodenheimer Street was marketed for NIS 745,000 (RE/MAX – City).
Akko: A 130 square meter, four-home, third flooring condominium with an elevator and parking on Ha’atzmaut Avenue was marketed for NIS 1.12 million. A 122 square meter, five-place, fourth flooring apartment with an elevator and parking on Avraham Danino Avenue was offered for NIS 1.35 million (RE/MAX – Halutzim).

Beersheva and the south
Beersheva: A 50 square meter, 3-place, fifth flooring condominium on Eliyahu Hanavi Avenue in the Daled community was offered for NIS 370,000. A 72 square meter, 3-space, 3rd flooring apartment on Wingate Road in the Gimmel community was bought for NIS 748,000. A 150 sq. meter, 5-home, next floor apartment with a 20 sq. meter balcony and parking on Golomb Street in the Gimmel neighborhood was bought for NIS 1.23 million. A 100 sq. meter, four-space, next flooring condominium on Michael Hazani Avenue in the Yud Aleph community was marketed for NIS 760,000 (RE/MAX – Furthermore).
