Johnson stated that his company’s interaction with unbiased companies was a key driver in earning recognition as a 5-Star MGA.
“I consider our relationships with our independent businesses is a massive component, in that we target a ton on associations with our brokers and how we interact with them – and also with our associate firms,” Johnson said. “It’s very important to us how we interact and how we create relationships. That is the most vital portion of the insurance policies industry – building powerful interactions.”
That focus grew to become even much more essential for the duration of the pandemic, Johnson said.

The more compact MGAs are becoming less and fewer, so I assume that landscape is modifying.
“Then, clearly, digitization and electronic transformation in the coverage area is happening. … But I consider, once more, we put on two hats. We are partnership-oriented to our products and capital vendors, and then we’re romantic relationship-oriented to our impartial brokers. And people want to do company with men and women they can rely on.”
